🍜 “Khao Soi Sueay Jae Sang” is a 70-year-old Yunnan-style khao soi shop from Fang that has now moved to Wing 41. Its goodness lies in its “noodles” because it uses fresh, homemade noodles that are thin, flat, and short, different from other khao soi shops. 🥢 “Khao Soi Sueay Jae Sang” was originally located in Fang-Chai Prakan and has been open for more than 70 years. If you glance at the wall, you’ll see its old reputation that was featured in the Thai Rath newspaper in the “Pib Pisat” column (which most people probably don’t know about these days 🤣). It just moved to Wing 41 last year in the wing’s food court. 🍜 The khao soi of this shop may not look flashy, but the difference is that it uses homemade noodles, and these noodles are unlike any other shop’s because they are thin, flat noodles that are a bit chewy (like Chinese noodles), different from other khao soi shops that usually use large, flat, and slightly springy noodles. The khao soi soup is rich, a bit spicy, not too coconutty, and has a slight aroma of spices. You can choose to order both with soup and dry. There are beef Khao Soi, beef meatball Khao Soi, and chicken Khao Soi (but the chicken Khao Soi here uses chicken pieces) or crispy chicken-beef Khao Soi🥩In addition to Khao Soi, there are also beef biryani, chicken biryani, stewed chicken noodles, curry noodles, or beef meatballs on sticks. As for drinks, there are tea, iced tea, or fresh coffee from the shop inside. Khao Soi Sueay, Jae Sang🚩The shop is located in the food center inside Wing 41, Chiang Mai (must have an entrance ticket)⏰Open 08.30-15.00 (closed on Sundays)🚘 There is easy parking (but if you come at noon, it may be difficult to find parking).
