— Khao Soi Samuujai Faham is a popular local restaurant in Chiang Mai.
It's located in the Faham area, a little outside the tourist-filled center, but it's worth the trip.
The spacious and lively restaurant is packed with local men, students, and office workers at lunchtime.
You can find the "everyday Khao Soi" of locals here.

This time, I ordered the classic "Khao Soi Gai (Chicken)".
The creamy soup with lots of coconut milk, the softly stewed chicken on the bone,
and the double texture of the fried noodles and egg noodles are perfect.
The taste is a little milder and richer than Lamduan, and the depth of flavor spreads gradually.
