Anyone who's visited Chiang Mai has likely experienced this famous Khao Soi restaurant 👉🏻 "Khao-Sō-i" 🍜. The restaurant's atmosphere is decorated in a Japanese style 🇯🇵. Walking into the restaurant feels like dining in a Japanese village. 🎎

The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, and I'd love to try them all! 🤤 Our signature dish is the "Khao Soi with Fresh Noodles and Shin Beef" 🥩. Enjoy the tender, juicy shin beef with tendons, stewed to perfection. The meat is juicy and springy, paired with perfectly cooked blade meat. It pairs perfectly with the rich, spicy Khao Soi curry, a truly delicious combination! 👍🏻
Another dish is the "Khao Soi with Dry Fried Chicken Soi." The chicken thighs are served in bite-sized portions, deboned and with no tendons. The stewed chicken thighs are then seared to create a crispy exterior and tender interior. This menu is also very delicious 👍🏻 and to top it off, we had Hokkaido milk soft serve ice cream 🍦. The ice cream was amazing too 😋. We'll definitely be back for more deliciousness at "Khao So-I" again.
