If you're looking for fresh pasta in Chiang Mai, NYMPH is the place to go! This restaurant makes fresh pasta daily and is conveniently located not far from Chiang Mai University. Just take the canal road for a short drive. The menu we tried included the creamy Mentaiko pasta, which was rich and flavorful with a perfect balance of salty and savory from the Mentaiko. Another dish was the Bolognese, generously topped with Parmesan cheese—both dishes were absolutely delicious!
