Chiang Mai Lying Down 03|The Popular Bib Gourmand BAAN Landai

When arriving in a new city, getting a Michelin star is a must. I've been leaning towards the Michelin Bib Gourmand lately; it's more delicious, satisfying, and affordable, so I chose this popular restaurant that's hard to find during off-season. 💕

💫 The Thai restaurant's dining experience is always very thoughtful. Authentic Thai cuisine paired with a sophisticated atmosphere is a truly captivating experience for a first stop away from street vendors. 😍 For those of you who love photography, you'll definitely be able to capture that colonial, exotic vibe.

💫 They specialize in fusing Northern and Central Thai flavors with modern presentations. It's hard to order easily because the restaurant is so crowded, but the "Red Wine Braised Pork Ribs" are a must-try. The wine is rich and flavorful, and the ribs are tender and go well with rice. I wonder how many 🫶🏻 I need to express my love for them! I also ordered the crab fried rice, and next time I'd like to try the 🦀 "Curry Crab Rice Noodles." I've heard the curry is super delicious, but also incredibly spicy! Don't miss this if you can handle spicy food!

💯 The other dishes and desserts are all excellent. While the prices are a bit high for Thailand, compared to Taiwan, they're more than enough to outperform fine dining establishments. No wonder it's a must-try in Chiang Mai with a full reservation! 👍
