.. Located in Chiang Rai Municipality, this garden used to be the Chiang Rai Central Prison. After the central prison moved out, Chiang Rai Municipality renovated it into a public park.
.. Some of the walls of the central prison were covered with banyan trees when left. The municipality made an archway with paintings and planted flowers to make it beautiful.
.. Open for visits every day, free of charge.
