Chamomile-Chrysanthemum flowers, Royal Project Development Center, Sango

Royal Project Development Center, Sango, Chiang Rai Province, promotes farmers in the highlands to grow chamomile and chrysanthemum instead of opium to generate income and reduce drug problems.

This center is the largest processing center for dried chrysanthemum and chamomile in Thailand, using solar energy and dryers. The products will be sent to the Royal Project Foundation and Doi Kham to be produced as health products. Other plants are also grown, such as various tomatoes, Japanese pumpkins, and bell peppers.
