Visited THE CIRCUS in Chigasaki—a café famous for its cheesecakes and tarts. We ordered the Gorgonzola Cheesecake and were amazed by its size and flavor! The staff kindly split it for us to share, and we drizzled honey over the top for an extra touch of sweetness.

Though it looks firm at first glance, the texture was soft and silky. The balance between the bold gorgonzola and the mellow honey was simply unforgettable. Now I understand why their cheesecakes are so popular!
