[Enjoy spring to the fullest★] Suijinen

We had lunch at Suijinen, a restaurant in Jindaiji, Mitaka.
We had the spring-only cherry blossom viewing banquet.
It was a course meal, but the portions were just right and even my elderly family members finished it all.
And from start to finish, it was full of spring ingredients, so we could feel spring all at once.
We were able to enjoy spring ingredients such as cherry blossoms, bamboo shoots, sawara, bracken, and rape blossoms.
For the meal, we could choose bamboo shoot rice or sakura soba (we could also choose nihachi soba), and the sakura soba was pink soba with a cherry blossom flavor and was delicious.
It was a satisfying meal with everything from dessert to dessert.
Suijinen is a little far from the nearest station, but they provided a shuttle to the station on the way back (reservation required)
