It has hiking trails, waterfalls and several unique villages. There are several plant and animal species in the National park, especially birds. It's much cooler than Chiang Mai city. The moss covered trees, wooden walking trails, birds, and sun shine falling through the trees, gives a magical feeling.

The mist and fog can be so thick that you might not see anything more than five feet in front of you.
While this can add a mysterious and ethereal quality to the scenery, it does limit the visibility of the park’s famous views. Best way to visit it is as a package tour with a guide.
