Chongqing Hongyadong Check-in Point

#TravelChina
A famous 4A-rated tourist attraction in China, this wooden building is unique in its architecture, atmosphere, and culture. It's designed like a wooden village nestled on a cliff. The ancient building has 11 floors in total. The top floor is a river viewpoint, floors 9-10 are international restaurants, and floors 4-5 are a pedestrian street selling local food and souvenirs. The path here is steep, like climbing a mountain, and it's very mysterious and difficult to find the exit. It's also incredibly crowded.

For those wanting to take photos at Hongyadong, we recommend taking the underground route to the opposite side. There are plenty of photographers waiting to take photos, and you can choose the one you like. We chose a photographer (20 yuan per photo).

📌 What's at Hongyadong:
- The 11th-floor observation deck offers views of the river, the bridge, and Chongqing city.
- Street food snacks like Chongqing hot pot, Chongqing noodles, and spicy mala.
- Souvenirs
- Chinese teahouse

🚶🏻♀️Walking Route:
- There's an elevator inside Hongyadong. Quite crowded.
- Walk up and down the stairs from the 1st to the 11th floors.

🕰️ Hongyadong lights are on and off from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
🚇: Take Line 1 or Line 6 to Xiaoshizi Station, Exit 6, and walk for about 740 meters. *We recommend opening Baidu Maps and pinpointing Hongyadong.
