You don't have to worry, Tanren has his own travel experience in Chongqing

Be cautious, as this is only for a niche audience.

I truly don't understand the joy of living in a busy city.

When I came to Chongqing, I made one request to my travel companion: Is it possible to have convenient transportation but not be surrounded by crowds?

Here's a summary of my travel tips for a private, niche treasure hunt:

1. Hotel 🏨
I didn't stay in popular areas like Jiefangbei/Guanyinqiao. While convenient, taxis are often stuck in traffic and crowded, making it difficult for me. After much searching, I finally settled on the Citadines Chongqing Liangjiang Serviced Apartments in the Fortune Center. It's close to the ring road and next to a lake, making it a perfect vacation destination with spacious rooms. Consider choosing similar accommodations.

2. Photo opportunities (focus on making sure your photos look great) 📷

As we all know, a trip without great photos is incomplete! When in Chongqing, avoid artificial, seasonal attractions. Here are some places where photos are sure to come in your photos:

✨Luohan Temple: This ancient building is truly beautiful in its own right. I've never seen one that didn't look great in photos! ✨Raffles Discovery Pod Cloud Park: I'd call it a must-do amusement park, a Chongqing landmark. I recommend visiting at dusk to enjoy both the sunset and the night view (if you're afraid of heights, that might be a problem).
✨Lights of the Copper Coin Bureau: Watching Chongqing's intertwining highways is truly a unique sight rarely seen in other cities. If you're lucky, you might even see a yellow Ferrari overtaking a car around a corner.
✨No. 2 Factory: Perfect for a young crowd. I don't have any special recommendations for food or drinks, but the photos are absolutely guaranteed to be high-quality.
3. Food 🍜
🍣Shaofuting: It might sound a bit outlandish to recommend Japanese food in Chongqing, but this one is truly extraordinary! It's hidden in the woods, right next to a lake. Who can understand the atmosphere of a rainy lakeside scene with cats buzzing around the windows? I'm completely lost; it's truly devastating to me.
🍲Hot Pot: I was deeply impressed by Chunsheng Hot Pot, located in Guanyin Bridge. It's not one of those internet-famous hot pots, but they have a truly extensive selection of braised pork and braised dishes. I love it.
🎣Liyang Floating Stone Pot Crucian Carp: A hidden gem that no one would recommend. The crucian carp is still roe-rich and I enjoy it with pickled peppers. It's absolutely delicious.
