Chongqing Trip: Urban Exploration and Scenic Landscapes

This trip to Chongqing is mainly about city exploration + beautiful scenery of mountains and rivers. I chose FunGee Joyful River View Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street Store) as my basement because the location is really great! Just outside the Jialing River, you can walk to Hongya Cave, Liberation Monument, Kuixing Building, celebrity bus and light rail.

The hotel is located on the 21st floor of Building C of Goldman Sachs Creative Wealth Center at 113 Binjiang Road. The night view of the Jialing River from the high floor is spectacular. The environment is quiet and comfortable. Some guests have mentioned room for minor improvements in sound insulation, but overall they are quite satisfied. The rooms are intelligently equipped with voice control, free drinks, a freezer, and courteous services such as popcorn, ice cream, and good night porridge. Laundry and drying are also free, and the morning breakfast buffet is open until 1 pm.

In terms of service, the staff is really friendly, any guest needs are handled quickly, hygiene has always been kept tidy. The environment is perfect if you’re staying as a family, couple, or group of friends.

To experience Chongqing's landscape, you can take the subway or bus to Wushan to see the red leaves.秋天来临，树叶开始燃烧，长江沿岸的峭壁变成了艳红色的阴影，最佳观察时间是11月下旬到12月上旬，尤其是三小峡和女神溪，乘坐游船，或者从朝天门长途汽车站出发的公交车，至少计划1-2天，建议舒适的鞋子和温暖的层次；拍照点到处都是生动的日出或日落的色彩——尽量捕捉日出或日落的鲜艳色彩。

Photo spots near the hotel include the night view of Hongya Cave, the Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street, and the dawn of Kuixing Tower. Walk along the Jialing River at night, which is brightly lit and full of urban feeling. The transportation is very convenient. The 22nd floor has direct access to Quixing Building, so there is no pressure to get in and out.

Booking Tips: Remember to book 3-4 weeks in advance during the peak season (October-December autumn leaf season, holidays), pay attention to the room type, including window view, soundproofing, bed type and other details; Go out to visit Chongqing autumn and winter temperature difference, remember to bring a jacket, the city's main attractions but the terrain is high and low, walk more, wearing comfortable shoes is absolutely necessary.
