The temari sushi features 10 types of fresh fish toppings and 5 types of vegetables like lotus root. In addition to soy sauce, matcha salt, cherry blossom salt, rock salt, and Korean chili powder are provided, along with seaweed for hand-rolling, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors.
