Made with Japanese chestnuts from Kaku Farm in Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto
Rum raisin ice cream, plum jam, fromage blanc cream, etc.
The taste of the Japanese chestnuts was very rich
but not too strong and very delicious

✤Taishu persimmon and kabosu parfait
Persimmon parfaits are rare, but they are full of persimmons from Kumamoto prefecture!
Aitama jelly, wolfberries, etc.
I never thought the sourness of the kabosu and the sweetness of the persimmon would go so well together!
It was so delicious that I wanted to eat another bowl.

I decided to visit this shop again when I go to Kumamoto.
