📍Zhangjiajie Hethan Resort Hotel

❌ Although it claims to be a resort, many facilities like the swimming pool were not open.
⭕️ It advertises hot springs, but unfortunately, three special wellness hot springs were not available. Staff explained it was due to low usage.

❌ Limited food options in the restaurant, and prices are relatively high.
❌ Facilities show signs of aging, and the rooms are smaller than expected.
❌ Breakfast was disappointing with average taste.

⭕️ The location is remote, requiring a longer drive to major attractions. However, it is only a 10-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, and there is a shuttle bus service to the attractions, making it relatively convenient.
✅ Free airport pick-up and drop-off service.
✅ Butler service available, and the staff are very attentive.
