Ausangate Trek, Cusco, Peru

This trekking route is free from most tourist as there’s no convenient facilities for trekkers at all. I went there in 2019, and had met totally 6 trekkers along the way of my 3N4D trek. The nature was so beautiful and local people were so pure. It’s like Peru in multiverse. After visiting crowded Machu Picchu, this place just felt like another world.

There’s a bus coming to a trailhead directly from Cusco, so it’s not that difficult to come here, but the trail was not well marked, so it’s better to come with someone who knows the way. #travel #trekking #peru
