An Thoi – Michelin Restaurants in 2024 that you can’t miss

One of the highlights of this Da Nang trip was getting to taste authentic Vietnamese food at An Thoi, a famous restaurant that just received the Michelin Guide 2024 award. 🍜✨ The restaurant is located not far from the Han River. The atmosphere is simple but very lively. When we went, there were so many people that we had to wait in line. But strangely, we didn't have to wait long because the queue system is very well organized. The staff are also lovely and the service is fast.

This time, we ordered 3 delicious dishes that impressed us in every dish. Starting with Bun Cha Combo, which came with everything: bite-sized grilled pork, fragrant and well-rounded pork balls, authentic Vietnamese sweet and sour sauce, served with crispy spring rolls and rice vermicelli. Eating them together is so awesome.

Next is Mi Quang, a flat noodle dish in the style of Central Vietnam. The noodles are soft and chewy, coated with a delicious sauce, served with peanuts and crispy black sesame crackers, adding a good texture, making it another dish that we want to come back for more.

Finally, Pho Long, which at first glance looks similar to our Thai tom yum noodles, but the taste is uniquely Vietnamese. The stewed beef is soft and tender. With pork filling to add spiciness that is unexpectedly delicious

Let me tell you, An Thoi restaurant is truly worthy of its Michelin star. Every dish tastes delicious and authentic. The price is friendly and the atmosphere is friendly. It is suitable for both beginners to Vietnamese food and those who want to taste authentic local flavors from Danang. 🍲🇻🇳
