- We changed accommodations to 3 different locations. We stayed at a beachfront hotel for 2,600 baht the next day, stayed at a hotel in Bana Hills for 4,800 baht, and stayed in the city on the last day for 1,500 baht for 3 nights = 8,900 baht
- We focused on convenience by taking GrabCar throughout our trip. Transportation around the city cost around 1,000 baht, and round-trip transportation to Bana Hills was 800 baht. For 4 days, we spent 1,800 baht.
- We focused on eating local food, which was reasonably priced and incredibly delicious. Including stops at 1-2 cafes per day, food and snacks in Vietnam are inexpensive, around 2,000 baht per day. For 4 days, the total cost is 8,000 baht.
