🏩 We stayed here for one night. The email correspondence regarding our trip was prompt and professional. The complimentary airport transfers by Mercedes-Benz van were a great touch, and the team managed our transfers to our next destination smoothly. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a penthouse suite. 🥰😍 The room was perfect for families, with beautiful views and a jacuzzi that we absolutely loved. Fresh fruit, wine, and cakes were waiting for us after check-in, making us feel instantly welcome. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Kelvin assisted us from check-in to check-out, taking care of every detail. Thank you, Sophie, for the warm welcome at check-in. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. The kids had a great time in the pool, especially the splash pad. I especially enjoyed the Vietnamese triple-layer coffee served in martini glasses for breakfast. The location was also excellent, with shops and a massage parlor across the street. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great memory for our family. Will definitely stay again.
