Wonderful Experience at Melia Danang

We had an excellent stay at Melia Danang in July 2025, marking our first experience with the Melia chain. Liked: - The staff were consistently friendly and courteous throughout our stay. We were thrilled with our room upgrade. - Breakfast offered a wide range of options, starting with classics like eggs (with an omelet station), cereal, and fruits, and extending to Vietnamese dishes and sushi. I especially appreciated the coffee station, with Vietnamese coffee included. - The room was very tidy and cleaned every day by housekeeping. We also received some sweet treats in our room :) - The beach is clean and well-kept. The hotel has two swimming pools open for everyone (with some private ones available), with towels on hand. Disliked: - Although the restaurant and bar have a variety of food options, we found it expensive by Vietnamese standards, and the portion wasn't large. - Our door lock malfunctioned a few times due to faulty batteries. Staying on the fifth floor meant we had to visit the reception and return, which was challenging in the heat. It's not a major issue, but investing in better-quality batteries could prevent guests from facing this inconvenience.
