Exceptional Experience at Melia Da Nang

First impressions are key， and the landscaped grounds along with the Level reception set a high standard. The Level upgrade at Melia Da Nang is something I highly endorse. From a personalized reception to a bespoke breakfast setting， afternoon tea/cocktails， and dedicated Level pools， the Level perks truly elevated the vacation. The staff deserve immense praise， always friendly， helpful， and professional. Special mention to Li and Ncog (I hope I’ve spelled that correctly) who were incredibly supportive at afternoon tea and the Cape Nao restaurant. The Level restaurant's breakfast was superb， especially the overnight oats with extra fruit. Afternoon tea was delightful， often evolving into cocktails/wine/tea time， followed by a much-needed rest. The room was ideal， featuring a large， comfy bed， essential air conditioning， and an outdoor shower. The spa is a peaceful retreat; receptionists Lien and Hang were welcoming and Assistant Nguyen Vi was exceptional. We dined at both restaurants but preferred the beach setting for its view， though the food was outstanding at both. Swimming at 7 am on the beach was a treat， and the mostly exclusive use of the Level pool was a bonus. I could rave on， but this was an unforgettable holiday deserving more than 5 stars. As I wait at the airport， I feel sad to leave a dream holiday yet grateful for experiencing the best of Vietnam.
