Their genuine aim is for each guest to have a memorable experience, and they certainly achieve that goal. My partner and I spent two weeks there and felt valued and welcomed throughout. Our regular interactions with the staff were among the highlights of our stay. We sincerely thank Tram Le, Suzy, Zoe, Fani, Alex, James, Hoa, Doris, Lynn, Dat, Luna, Maxime, Harry Le, and Charlie Nguyen for their kindness.
