Terrasse Lounge at Hyatt Regency must be recommended during this trip to Da Nang! The environment is great, after a slow walk at the beach, it's fun to have a drink 🌅 Happy Hour buy one get one free until 8pm, perfect for those of us who like to drink!
Speaking of the cocktails, there were surprises! We tried a few:
Old Fashioned: A classic choice! With Jim Beam Bourbon, with Angostura Bitters, Lime and Soda Water, the flavors are well balanced and the wine is rich without being too heavy. A must try for those who like whiskey! 🥃
Temapine Cocktail: This is Terrasse Lounge’s Signature Cocktail, made with Tequila Jose Cuervo, Cointreau, Malibu and Pineapple. 🍍
Red Wine (Tommasi Veneto Italy): This Tommasi Veneto is an easy-to-go red wine with raspberry flavor and supple tannins that pair well with snacks! 🍷
White Wine (Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio, Vento, Italy): This Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio is a fresh white wine with citrus notes and moderate acidity, perfect for seafood! 🥂
In addition to wine, the snacks at Terrasse Lounge are of a high standard. The service of the restaurant is also very good, the waiter is very attentive and will take the initiative to introduce different wines and snacks. There is also live jazz music every Wednesday and Saturday night, the atmosphere is great! 🎶
