Danang is the biggest city in central Vietnam and it has much to offer.
Here are the things you must see while in Danang:
1. Danang’s Linh Ung Pagoda. This Temple complex is located on Son Tra peninsula. The area is really beautiful with a lot of temples and bonsai trees. You can have a spectacular view of Danang city from there as well. Hire a private driver or a taxi to get there from your hotel.
2. Marble Mountains. Marble Mountains was used for marble but now it’s just a tourist attractions. Travellers can walk around the marble mountains and enjoy beautiful rock formations and the view from up there.
3. Dragon Bridge. Dragon Bridge goes through the Han River and every evening it exhales fire out of its jaw. It’s quite an interesting thing to see. Don’t miss out.
4. My Khe Beach. Danang is a big city with a long sandy beach. My Khe Beach is great because it’s clean, easy to get to and very safe. Life guards always watch out for you there so you can just relax.
5. Take a day trip to authentic local village in Hoi An. Since Hoi An is just 30 minutes drive from Danang, it just makes sense you visit Hoi An Old Village as well. Hire a private taxi to get there and Hoi An Old Village is a walking village so you won’t need transport there. Buy souvenirs, take photos and eat delicious food.
