Buddha-viewing Stone
Climbing Yanwo Ridge and looking up, you'll see a huge rock at the summit that resembles a human figure. This is the legendary "Looking Buddha Stone." Legend has it that in ancient times, a fierce spirit arose from the ridge. He always stood atop the peak, pointing with his right hand at anyone passing below, instantly killing them. The people everywhere were terrified and worried. Upon learning of this, the Emperor of Heaven sent the God of Thunder to subdue the fierce spirit and transform it into stone, where it stands eternally to protect the villagers.
Swallow Cave
The southern end of Yanwo Ridge rises straight into the sky. Beneath the cliff lies a large circular opening, known as the Swallow Cave. Thousands of swallows have built their nests in the cracks of the rock face. Every morning, flocks of swallows fly out of the cave in search of food. As the sun sets, they flock back to their nests, creating a spectacular sight of their flight blotting out the sun.
Seven Star Spring
Behind Yanwoling lies a hot spring with seven springs, known as the "Seven Star Springs." Simple bathing pools have been built, accommodating over 400 people daily. The Seven Star Springs are rich in sulfur minerals, known for their ability to treat various skin ailments. The water temperature is ideal, attracting numerous visitors each year.
