Madame Lan is close to Han Riv

Madame Lan is close to Han River. The restaurant has two floors, including indoor seats in open area. Trust me! You must have a taste of Vietnamese spring rolls. Sweat & sour shrimps are plump and yummy. Sea whelks are fresh and tasty enough. Put some potherbs in pancake, and get dipping sauce. It tastes so good! Stuffing is assorted, but not sticky. Tender chicken and lemongrass make a perfect match.
