Anjirang Madang, Daegu, the gopchang & makchang specialty food alley in Korea

If you like tripe or makchang, you probably know that Daegu is the most famous in Korea. I visited Anjirang Gopchang Alley in Daegu because I wanted to try delicious tripe and makchang grilled food.

If you search for Anjirang Alley, you will find several parking lots nearby, but we used Parking Lot 1. Anjirang Market Alley Parking Lot 1 is a space created to promote tripe and makchang restaurants in the alley and is free to use.

After looking around the alley and comparing the prices, we went into , located right across the parking lot. Since it is grilled in a wood-fired oven, we thought it would be easier to eat quickly since the oil would drain, but it turned out to be a restaurant that was featured on TV.

We had lunch and stopped by before our dinner appointment, so we decided to try the most basic menu and ordered the tripe and makchang set. They said that we could use the self-service bar for the side dishes that were lacking, and that we could cook the food a little more according to our taste after it came out. We like it cooked thoroughly, so we went to the bathroom to wash our hands while it was cooking. It was clean and well-managed, and we enjoyed delicious grilled tripe and makchang.
