Daegu's cold noodle franchise restaurant <Jehyeongmyeonok> main branch

If there is a heat wave in the summer, there is a cold wave in the winter :) Daegu is so hot that it is called Daefrica in the summer, but it is also very cold in the winter with the bitter wind blowing. So I visited Jehyeongmyeonok, a famous cold noodle restaurant, to beat the cold. Since it is a chain restaurant, I thought the main branch would be the best, so I visited the main branch.

Located in the food alley of Hwanggeumnegeori, the first floor is a parking lot. After parking, go up to Jehyeongmyeonok on the second floor. I happened to visit there, and it was during the lunch special menu time :) You can order using the tablets set up at each table, and if you participate in the SNS event, you will get a free can of drink. There is a self-service corner, so you can conveniently get as many side dishes or extra dishes as you want, and the pajeon served before the main menu was thin and crispy and delicious.

My husband ordered mul naengmyeon, and I ordered yukhoe bibimbap, and the yukhoe bibimbap came with yukgaejang soup. I don't like Yukgaejang, so I gave the soup to my husband, and after he ate about 2/3 of the cold noodles, he ordered me toss and plain rice, so we finished the Yukgaejang and rice deliciously. I finished the cold noodles left after eating Yukhoe Bibimbap, so it was very delicious and filling.
