Hidden Gem Vibes at Cathedral Lake

#summervacay Okay, let’s talk about Cathedral Lake, this place totally surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much, but wow, it’s actually such a peaceful little escape. The lake itself is super calm and pretty, surrounded by trees and walking paths that make you feel like you’ve left the city behind (even though you're still pretty close to everything).

There’s a small chapel-like building near the lake, hence the name, and it gives the whole place this chill, almost storybook vibe. I went in the late afternoon and the light reflecting off the water? Chef’s kiss.

It’s not huge or anything, but it’s perfect for a slow stroll, a little journaling session, or just sitting and zoning out. Bring a snack, grab a bench, and just vibe. Bonus: not crowded at all when I went.
