In Shuanglang by Erhai Lake,
I suddenly realized that life should be about enjoyment✨
🏡 Stay in a sea view room framed like a painting
• Unbeatable location: Dali Gugu Beautiful Sea View Giant Screen Hotel (Erhai Shuanglang Branch), right diagonally opposite Shuanglang Middle School, a 3-minute walk to the ancient town’s stone-paved road, open the window to see the sparkling Erhai Lake, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves at night🌊
• Perfect for photos: glass boat on the rooftop terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, waterside beach… a 9-grid post is not enough‼️ Recommend bringing a light-colored long dress, the light is softest after 4 PM✨
• Smart experience: giant screen projection + smart toilet are delightful surprises, curl up on the sofa to watch movies, and look up to see the starry sky over Erhai Lake, even my straight male roommate couldn’t help but shoot videos to show off
✨ Butler-style service is a total fan favorite
• Welcome fruit and afternoon tea upon arrival (the tiramisu is amazing!), night bed service includes silver ear fungus soup
• Free travel photography service is incredibly generous, the photographer is great at finding angles, 5 edited photos are free with no extra charge💰
• Luggage pick-up and drop-off + itinerary planning all-in-one, perfect for lazy people like me who don’t do research
🌅 Relaxed sightseeing schedule
7:00 AM Wrapped in a blanket on the balcony watching the mist over Cangshan Mountain, clouds dyed golden pink
9:00 AM Enjoy freshly ground coffee at the guesthouse and have a breakfast of Ersi rice noodles
3:00 PM Sunbathe in the public area, watch the changing patterns of Erhai Lake’s water
7:30 PM Take a bath on the balcony watching the sunset, remember to add flower petals for the ultimate indulgence
📌 Practical tips:
• Be sure to choose the "Miyue Sea View Room" type, the loft room is very special
• Book one month in advance during peak season, great value in the off-season (but remember to check if heating is provided)
• Shuanglang is windy, bring a knit jacket for more comfortable photos🧥
• The nearby Fushi Café is worth a visit, just a 5-minute walk away
