Dali - Bistro and bowl

This mostly plant based restaurant is located in the old town of Dali next to foreigners street.

The chef - Lee, is very motivated and passionate about gathering THE best ingredients!
I had the chance to hang out with him for a while and he is great!

The food - I had cauliflower patties and gnocchi with spinach and celery sauce. It was beyond delicious!!!

The restaurant is located in an old yellow watchtower.

The view - After your meal, do yourself a favor and go upstairs for THE best view of Dali’s old town.
