Chinese Dalian - Traditional Cuisine of Northeast China: Spring Pancakes

One of my favorite Chinese dishes! You wrap various dishes in the same type of pancake used for Peking Duck. Every time I visit Dalian, I can't resist coming to this restaurant.

At "Dadi Spring Pancakes," one of Dalian's iconic restaurants, you can enjoy traditional dishes from Northeast China. The Dadi Spring Pancakes (Dongbei Road branch) also serves Peking Duck, allowing you to wrap it and other dishes in their soft, chewy pancakes for a delightful experience.

The chef carves the Peking Duck right in front of you, and the taste rivals that of specialized Peking Duck restaurants. Plus, with a variety of other dishes available, you won't get bored with just the duck!

If you're visiting Dalian, you must try both the Peking Duck and the traditional dishes of Northeast China together!

The prices are reasonable, and every dish is delicious, so I highly recommend it! ♡
