#discoverchina Zhonglu, in Tibetan, means "a place longed for by both humans and deities." Zhonglu Tibetan Village is also known as "Beauty Valley", famous for the beauty of the local women. In spring, the village is adorned with blooming pear trees, while in autumn, the white Tibetan houses are surrounded by colorful forests, with wisps of smoke rising from the chimneys, creating a scene reminiscent of a hidden paradise. It’s only 5 hours drive from Chengdu.

Zhonglu has three main viewing platforms:

1. Platform 1(Show driver: 1号观景点): Ideal for sunrise and morning panoramic shots. However, the eastern mountains cast long shadows, and the sunlight only reaches the village after 9 AM, when the light becomes too harsh for good photography.
2. Platform 2(Show driver: 2号观景点): Located within the watchtower cluster in the village. A nearby alley features distinctive architecture with watchtowers, white walls, and Tibetan houses, offering great photo opportunities.
3. Sunset Viewing Platform(Show driver: 落日观景台): Situated on the eastern hillside, this spot allows you to capture the village bathed in golden sunset light, complemented by the gentle rise of chimney smoke for a serene atmosphere.

Zhonglu Tibetan Village doesn’t have any must-see attractions, but simply wandering through the village is a memorable and beautiful experience.
