Qingkeping is located within the Huashan Scenic Area in Huayin City, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. Ascending from Maonu Cave, past Xiangshui Stone and Yunmen, you'll reach Qingkeping. This is exactly halfway through the climb and marks the end of the Huashan Valley Trail. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the area boasts flat terrain and lush forests and grasses. Ancient temples, dotted with verdant greenery, gave the area its name. The scenery here is so dazzling and magnificent that a poem once evoked the following: "Graceful Qingkeping lies nestled in the crevice of the West Peak; Twenty-eight pools hang suspended, and cascading waterfalls descend from the heavens."
The warm temperate continental monsoon climate has four distinct seasons, abundant sunshine, and sunny, cold, and dry winters. Spring, summer, and autumn are suitable for travel.
