2️⃣ The opening service team is in great condition, enthusiastic and polite, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, all genuinely wanting to do a good job.
3️⃣ A small but exquisite breakfast experience, especially the desserts, which are of very high quality, even surpassing those of typical five-star hotels. This advantage could easily support launching an afternoon tea service by the pastry chef.
