1. Museo Dabawenyo: This museum provides a detailed introduction to the history of Davao City and its government leaders. It is a great place to learn about Davao.
2. Philippine Eagle Research and Nature Center: This center is home to almost all species of Philippine eagles, as well as other animals such as monkeys and wild boars. It is the habitat of the Philippine eagle, the national bird of the Philippines, which is known for its ferocity and ability to prey on monkeys. There are fewer than 500 pairs of Philippine eagles remaining.
3. Davao Crocodile Park: As the name suggests, this park is home to many crocodiles, as well as a variety of other animals. It is home to the second largest crocodile in the world, but whether you can see it emerge from the water depends on your luck.
4. Aldevinco: If you want to buy handicrafts, this is the place to go. Located in front of the Marco Polo Hotel, with its back door facing a local university, it offers a wide range of specialty products.
5. Pearl Farm Beach Resort and Samal Island: Davao City boasts beautiful beaches, with these two islands being the most famous. They are great places to enjoy the sun and sand.
6. Mount Apo: Located in the southeastern part of Mindanao, Philippines, Mount Apo is the highest peak in the Philippines and a popular tourist destination and climbing spot.
7. Malagos Garden Resort: This resort, located in Davao City, covers an area of 12 hectares and is a beautiful paradise. The resort is filled with century-old durian trees, and the refreshing breeze will leave you feeling invigorated.
8. San Pedro Cathedral: As the oldest church in Davao City and a top historical landmark, it is named after the patron saint of Davao City.
