DAZAIFU TENMANGGU or Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine
A symbol of Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan

It is one of Japan's oldest and most famous ancient shrines. It is dedicated to the god Tenjin.

How to get there: We recommend starting your walk on Sando Street, a pedestrian street, from Dazaifu Station.

Opening hours: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Mondays.
