Must-visit attractions in Dazhou

📍Itinerary: After landing, I went to a very traditional Chinese-style hotpot restaurant (I forgot the name, but if you want to know, leave a comment and I'll send it to you). Later, I visited Sanli Ancient Street, which has plenty of photo spots. The night view there is quite nice and the weather is pleasantly cool 🌬️

🚇Transportation: Calling a car is generally affordable, and taxis start at 5 RMB 🤓

📷Photo spots: Sanli Ancient Street is beautifully decorated inside, and there's also a food street.

🍜Local delicacies: Spicy hotpot—most hotpot restaurants are delicious and reasonably priced.

🏠Accommodation recommendation: Hotels near Wenli College are quite good. The one I stayed at cost around HKD 200 per night (if you want to know which one, leave a comment and I'll share). The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's a large shopping mall nearby, making it convenient.

💰Average expenses: I stayed for about half a month, and including airfare, hotel accommodation, food, and entertainment, the total cost was around HKD 5000.

💞Why I recommend it: I met my husband there, hahaha! Now our baby is a few months old. For a Hong Kong local (born and raised), it was quite unexpected to meet my life-long partner 1,000 kilometers away 🤍✨. I used to think mainland China wasn't fun, but if you look at it without bias, it's actually much better than imagined—affordable and enjoyable! Plus, Dazhou is quite close to Chongqing and Chengdu 🙆🏼♀️

I'll share posts about Chongqing and Chengdu next time 🫶🏻
