📍Songyang Academy is located at the foot of Junji Peak on the north side of Dengfeng City, Henan Province. It was first built in the eighth year of Taihe in the Northern Wei Dynasty (484 AD). It was originally Songyang Temple. After many changes, it was changed to Songyang Temple in the Sui Dynasty, and then to Taiyi Academy during the reign of Emperor Shizong Chai Rong of the Later Zhou Dynasty. In the second year of Jingyou in the Song Dynasty, it was named Songyang Academy. It is now a national 4A-level tourist attraction and a world cultural heritage.
