Most people come to Yubeng for trekking,
but for someone like me who doesn’t like moving much,
daydreaming is the most time-efficient enjoyment.
The most precious thing here is tranquility.
The sky is quiet and the days are long,
you can hear the vigorous growth of plants and trees.
Whether it’s the eternal mystery of Kawagebo,
the sacred secret beyond time and space,
or the few words written while daydreaming,
the fireplace beside the movie and poetry collection,
all are enough to sustain me for a lifetime.

1. Yeyu Yubeng Wild Scenery Hotel
Yeyu feels like it grows within the scenery itself; any angle is perfect for framing. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the snow-capped mountains, which serve as the world’s backdrop. In summer, you see green fields and winding paths, mountains like dark eyebrows, and everywhere you look is white clouds and green forests. In winter, overnight the world turns white, the earth wrapped in silver, extremely romantic. They also opened a second location, Yeyu Lugu, which is also beautiful~

2. YOLO Snow Mountain View Guesthouse
Facing Goddess Peak and General Peak directly, with the vast mountains and rivers as the background, the imagery feels distant and profound. The terrace facing the snow mountains has crisscrossing mountains and rivers, with birdsong and wind blending in the valley, creating a visual impact beyond ordinary scenery. It’s like you never know what the next scene in your dream will be.

3. Cats in Yubeng Guesthouse
Close enough to see the folds of the earth and mountain peaks, the sounds of nature enter your ears, quiet and mysterious. It not only has huge scenic floor-to-ceiling windows but also adorable cats—cat lovers don’t want to miss this. However, it’s at the very top of Yubeng, so dragging luggage there isn’t very convenient~

4. Xuewu Camping Base
“The imagination of camping is bonfires and stars.” Here, people, mountains, and tree shadows, human routines and the changing light and shade around, all seem to blend into a unified whole, with no clear boundaries or much guard. There are crowds, bonfires, cheers, endless long nights, and wine.

5. Snow Mountain Café
Here, more quietness is needed—quieter light and softer sounds. Human movements are gathered by the ancient wind and sand and the forest. Breathing clean, moist air, watching the towering snow mountains and misty fog, just sitting quietly is already a happiness.

6. Gesang Yunlang Café
Similar to Yeyu’s floor-to-ceiling windows but no need to stay overnight. It feels like owning an entire valley, peaceful and harmonious. Looking up, there’s an unobstructed mountain view, mist, sea of clouds, snow mountains, birdsong... isolating all noise, slowing down the pace of mountain life.
