| Deyang! With a Local Guide! Take a high-speed train from Chengdu to Deyang for only CNY 26. The journey takes just 24 minutes, which is surprisingly short! 😁

Today, let's go on a city walk in Deyang!

🚶🏻‍♀️Route: Deyang Stone Carving Park → Deyang Confucian Temple → Jiuyan Bridge in Chengdu for the night view

⭐Stone Carving Park Free 🆓

1. This is a great place for photos! Unfortunately, the weather was bad on the day of my visit, so the photos didn't turn out well. There is also a free calligraphy and painting exhibition nearby, which is worth a visit.
2. The ginkgo trees will probably turn yellow next week, which will be a beautiful sight!
3. You can feed the pigeons 🕊️ next to the public toilet. Kids love it, and so do adults. 😁

⭐Deyang Confucian Temple

This is a foodie's paradise! It's a great place to eat and shop!

Take a tricycle from Stone Carving Park for CNY 5.

Local food recommendations:

1. Zhenji Steamed Vermicelli Rolls

The owner is from Guangdong, and the shop has been open for many years. It's a friend's favorite, but I don't like it much.

2. Tiaowa Cold Noodles with Pancake, CNY 8 each, which was enough to fill me up 😂. I like the taste!
3. Xiaoyueji Fried Food, nothing special.
4. Dry Pot: Yongji Dry Pot is the most recommended, but Liuyuexue Dry Pot at the Confucian Temple is also good, so you don't have to go to Yongji.

⭐Jiuyan Bridge Night View

Take a high-speed train back to Chengdu, then take the subway to Dongmen Bridge, and walk (about 20 minutes) or take a taxi to Funan River Music Square to enjoy the night view of Jiuyan Bridge (I originally wanted to listen to the music by the river, but there was no street performance that day. I guess it's not every day, so it depends on your luck). It's also a bar street, a popular place for young people.
