Longjinggou Scenic Area, located in Dushan, Yu'an District, Lu'an City, a 40-minute drive from the city center, is an ecological scenic spot integrating leisure and fitness. The planned 26 square kilometers of the scenic area are divided into six major sections. Initially, the scenic areas include the "Hutoutan" scenic area, "Western Anhui's No. 1 Rafting," "Lu'an's No. 1 Cableway," "Guanyin Cave," "National Defense Corridor," "Hutou Reflecting the Moon," and "Bijia Mountain Scenic Area." Here, lush mountains and clear waters, the warmth of rural life, the shimmering waters reflecting the moon, and fish playing alongside boats. Recently developed and operational attractions within the Longjinggou scenic area include the "Stone Buddha Listening to Zen," "Huang Chao Instructing His Generals," "Longjing Waterfall," "General Testing His Sword," "Queen Mother's Fairy Bed," "Yaoying Bridge," "Wenjin Quzhan," "Longjing Lake," "Feilong Waterfall," and "Zhonglin Tea Rhyme," showcasing all the geological features of the Dabie Mountains National Geopark. The natural landscape, with its vegetation, peaks, cliffs, gorges, caves, pools, and waterfalls, is truly a true gem of Western Anhui.
The majestic peaks, secluded canyons, and rich vegetation, along with the peaks, cliffs, gorges, caves, and beaches, blend seamlessly with the waterscapes of streams, ravines, pools, and waterfalls, creating a vibrant and picturesque scene. The Longjinggou Ecological Tourism Scenic Area is currently a National 4A-level scenic spot.
