Dongguan Old Street Memories | Slow Down and Enjoy Life

It's the end of the year and everyone is busy!
But I will try to update more often!
.
After work on Friday, I left Guangzhou and stayed in Dongguan for a night.
I stayed at the newly opened Ananda Hotel.
The hotel is newly renovated and has a slight smell, but it is cost-effective and a good choice for self-driving travelers.
.
This time, we didn't choose to visit any special attractions.
Instead, we slowly walked to a coffee shop on Xiangta Street, ordered a cup of coffee, and sat there in a daze.
We basked in the sun and played with cute cats at the entrance of Yesterday Bookstore.
We admired the residential buildings from the Republic of China era in the old streets and alleys we randomly chose.
We saw old arcades on Zhongshan Road, which is full of traces of time.
We saw old shops with many stories under the arcades.
It seems that a person's life is all about this street, which is very touching.
I hope the new city construction will be slow and won't erase these old memories so quickly.
.
As for other places,
I'll leave them for next time. I believe we will come back!
Old Dongguan residents are welcome to recommend good places to visit~
