Free admission. I didn't expect Dongguan Botanical Garden to be so fun to visit.

I didn't expect Dongguan Botanical Garden to be so big. The spring scenery is so beautiful.
I was so impressed by the beauty of last year's kapok that I always wanted to come here
Finally brought the baby here (and unlocked an awesome baby park)
There are a lot of people on weekends, especially around Mirror Lake and the Children's Park.
But it's still worth a whole day

Our tour route:
Enter P2 parking lot - pass by Jinghu Lake Lawn - Children's Botanical Garden (we camped on the lawn near here 🏕️ picnic 🧺) - Famous Trees and Flowers Garden - Baihuajian - Suspension Bridge - Australian Botanical Garden (lakeside) - Sand Plant Area (Cactus) - European Terrace Garden (Love Tree, Windmill) - Vegetable Leaf Botanical Garden (Exit) (return to P2 parking lot outside the park)

▪️Mirror Lake: There is a large lawn around the lake, with no shade in the middle and shaded by trees. You can camp, have a picnic, fly a kite, play football⚽️
▪️Children's Botanical Garden: climbing slides, sand pool, plant maze, toilets 🚾, the play area and the surrounding area are mostly shaded by trees
▪️Famous trees and gardens: various flowers and plants, as well as signs, you can learn and play at the same time (the large lawn is less crowded and is great for taking photos)
▪️Baihuajian/Suspension Bridge: There are too many streams and flowers to see. You can cross the suspension bridge or pass by the stones in the stream.
▪️European Terrace Garden: Love Tree❤️Big Windmill (There are many people at the Love Tree, queuing up to take pictures📷)

❤️Play tips
1️⃣The park is very large, please take precautions against mosquitoes and sunburn, and be sure to bring a stroller
2️⃣ If you have a picnic, bring your own food and water. There are also vending machines and cafes.
3️⃣There are 3 parking lots: P1 (near Mirror Lake Lawn), P2 (near Children's Botanical Garden)
, P3 is the ground parking lot (near the entrance of Colorful Botanical Garden)
4️⃣P1 and P2 are crowded on weekends (at least 30min-1h to enter). We didn't get into P1 and changed to P3. We found that there was no queue at the entrance, but there was no parking space. It was far from the botanical garden, which was inconvenient to bring children and things. We went to P2 and queued for half an hour to enter.
5️⃣ At the exit of Caiye Botanical Garden towards Green Road, there is a long path with firecracker flowers and yellow bell trees (very beautiful)

📍Dongguan Botanical Garden (🎫Free🆓)
🕗8:30~17:30 Admission stops at 17:00 (the park starts to clear at 17:00)
🚇Transportation: Line 2 Xiping Station, then take a taxi (there is a bus stop for Dongguan Botanical Garden 🚌)
🅿️Parking lot: 5 yuan/2 hours, +1 yuan for more than half an hour
