Gold Souk - Dubai

Getting There - The souk is an approximately 20 minute drive from the hotel we stayed at. You can get around with applications like Uber or Bolt.

Attractions - Located in Dubai's commercial business district in Deira the Gold Souk is a traditional market place. It also hosted the largest ring in the world weighing up to a 64kg.

As the name suggests, most of the retailers are jewelry traders and the souk has approximately 380 retailers.

Some of the shops are over 40 years old.

Food & Restaurants - There are lots of local restaurants around the area.

Shopping - The souk has many retailers selling gold, platinum, diamond and sometimes silver.
