Unforgettable First Visit to Rixos The Palm

This was our initial visit to Rixos The Palm， but it definitely won't be our last. The standout feature from start to finish was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly， constantly checking if we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed. It was clear they took pride in delivering exceptional service. A special shoutout to Jahangeer at A La Turca for his outstanding service on multiple occasions. As for the hotel itself， while the reception area may not have wowed us visually， it offered an understated elegance. The abundance of fresh flowers and soothing piano， violin， or cello music made the reception area a peaceful place to unwind， complemented by the wonderful patisserie. We selected a premium sea view room on the 3rd floor. Our first impression was of its size—it was spacious with plenty of storage and seating. The bathroom was large with a nice big walk-in shower and bath. Now， about the view... The sight of the pool area， beach， gulf， and beyond was breathtaking， both day and night. We've stayed in similar beach/sea view rooms before， but it was extra special being able to also see the Dubai skyline. My only minor complaints about the bathroom were that the shutters were slightly oversized for the opening and wouldn't close properly or fully open due to their proximity to the bath， and that the AC temperature couldn't be adjusted， making it a bit chilly at night. However， these were minor issues that did not detract from the room's magnificence. The hotel offers numerous seating options for day and night. Whether you want to sunbathe at the beach or pool or read a book on the patios， there's an area for everyone. The gardens are well-kept and offer a tranquil setting. The food and drink options are excellent， with choices for all; this truly is ultra all-inclusive and we found it to be excellent value for money. We enjoyed the same quality and quantity of drinks at the beach， pool swim-up bar， Bar 1， and at dinner. Although the hotel is remote from downtown Dubai (which is what we wanted)， everything is easily reachable via taxi or hotel bus if visiting Atlantis water park or Mall of the Emirates. We're thrilled we chose Rixos The Palm and can't wait to return. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a wonderful experience.
