🍽️ Detailed Review

BLEND, the restaurant that made me look forward to breakfast every morning during my stay at Hoiana Resort.

First of all, the high ceilings and large dining hall ensured that, despite the number of guests, the space never felt crowded. The atmosphere was quiet and upscale, allowing for a truly relaxed dining experience.

The food selection was highly satisfying. The live-cooked pho, a staple of Vietnamese cuisine, featured a clear broth base and generous meat toppings. Egg dishes like omelets and fried eggs were freshly prepared at live stations, adding to the freshness and enjoyment.

The highlight for me was the mango! It was freshly cut and served on the spot, boasting high sweetness and a firm texture. It was the best mango I had during my Vietnam trip—definitely a must-try.

Additionally, the variety of bread, desserts, fruits, coffee, and fruit juices made the breakfast far from ordinary. It was a well-rounded and 'above expectations' spread.
