I participated in the whisky tour in Diechuan, which was a very magical experience.
The first winery in China where you can watch the brewing process.
You can drink the limited edition of the winery that you can't drink outside.
Learned about the development history of whiskey and Diechuan.

The most fortunate thing was that in addition to the opening point of the Shinagawa-kaku Waterfall, which is already very photogenic, this time I also encountered the newly completed art installation created with master designer Fujiko. I heard that it is open for a limited time! I am so lucky. Walking into the clouds is like walking into a fairyland, or like standing on the top of Mount Emei surrounded by clouds. Behind us is the peaked Mount Emei, and we are moved by the beauty of nature.

In the tasting room, I tried the limited edition of Three Cups Winery, paired with Sichuan snacks created by the Michelin team.

The last cup of Danling Barrel is indeed unique to Diechuan and is also my favorite.
