Quality tour, upgraded to an in-depth Italy experience for 300 euros (added Vatican, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and Milan itinerary) + night Paris activities. The overall itinerary is quite fulfilling. Except for arriving late at the hotel on October 4 due to traffic jams, which was a bit tiring, everything else was great!

Tour leader: Tour leader Wang Jun (gold medal tour leader) is serious and responsible, with excellent control over the details of the itinerary. He provided a lot of support regarding check-in spots, free restrooms, precautions, restaurant recommendations, and tips to avoid pitfalls! I am traveling with my family of four, and my parents are both over 70 years old. Tour leader Wang Jun took great care of my parents, offering much assistance on the bus, during meals, and in many other aspects. Many thanks 🙏! Overall, Wang Jun was excellent in external and internal communication, time management, route planning, and responsiveness. He also actively encouraged everyone to take photos, and his photography skills were quite good 👍!

Driver: The driver’s skills were excellent, driving smoothly and actively helping us with luggage when getting on and off the bus!

Itinerary: I really loved the scenery in Italy and Switzerland. Italy mainly features cultural attractions, while Switzerland is known for its natural landscapes! During the Italy itinerary, we were lucky to witness the Holy Door opening at the Vatican, an event that only happens every 25 years and won’t occur again until 2050—very fortunate! On October 6, due to the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Lucerne Lake cruise was upgraded to a private boat, and the Golden Pass train was upgraded to first class (highly praised). Unfortunately, it was cloudy that afternoon, blocking the sun, which was a bit disappointing! But on October 7, when waiting at First and Jungfrau, the sky was clear and sunny, resulting in many great photos. Maybe all our luck was saved for that day 🤩🤩🤩. When descending from Jungfrau, each person received a piece of Lindt chocolate, which was very sweet!

Hotels: The hotels were generally okay, with the Swiss segment being the cleanest. The Paris hotels had fewer breakfast options but offered free drinking water (including sparkling water), which was a small consolation 😂!

Meals: Chinese meals throughout the trip were basically the standard 7 dishes and 1 soup, definitely filling. The quality of group meals wasn’t highly demanding, and they were mostly similar! There was one buffet meal, which was overall good quality and reasonably priced at 13.8 euros! Regarding specialty meals: the T-bone steak was average, but the chicken leg set meal on Jungfrau was surprisingly delicious. The Seine River cruise dinner was a traditional French three-course meal, with different wines served at each stage and ending with a cup of coffee—very nice 👍! The squid ink pasta was the only dish I had to complain about; the meat sauce pasta was less flavorful than if I had just squeezed tomato sauce on it. Were they stingy with the meat sauce?

Shopping: Mainly at the outlets in Italy, watches in Switzerland, and Galeries Lafayette in Paris. In the end, my dad bought his favorite watch, my mom bought a PRADA bag, and my wife bought a Max Mara 101801 coat, perfectly ending the trip!

The overall quality of the itinerary is guaranteed, with reasonable route planning, ample time for sightseeing, stunning scenery, a responsible tour leader, skilled driver, great fellow travelers, and full of memories!!!
